A lot of non-season parking holders always park on the season lots. This car park also is always packed and jammed. Especially in the morning when there is delivery going on for the NTUC next to it, as the NTUC is located near the entrance/ gantry of the capark. Meanwhile the carpark behind Blk 51 is 99% empty. All the non-season holders/ visitors die-die all want to park here. But no lots for them and they park season lots. The car park behind is just one block away with plenty of lots for you. Another issue is the car park gantry never fails to break down and the poor technician or whoever have to keep coming down. And when it breaks down, more jam again. And with jam comes impatient/ not so understanding drivers who will start honking. Making the already chaotic situation worse and noisy.

There are a myriad of non-season parking holders that choose to park on season lots. Also, every morning, closer towards the exit, the NTUC delivery truck will always park their truck along the road blocking cars from exiting. Many people still choose to park at this carpark although the carpark just a few metres away (Blk 51 Carpark) is always empty. I strongly discourage you from parking here provided you do not mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes to finding a parking lot and than spending another 15 - 20 minutes to exit the carpark as the gantry always fails to open.
