Recently rented a travel stroller from Baby Carriers Rental SG. Communication was prompt and I can't fault the service. Our rental request was made at the last minute (on the day of arrival) and they were all too happy to accommodate, including delivery and collection from our hotel. Would use again!

I did a trial with MiniMeis and the whole process from the start with Fion is excellent! She taught and shared tips on how to use the MiniMeis. I tried it with my 2+ years old as we are planning for a long trip this month. She enjoyed being high up as it is an unblocked view. My husband and I consulted Fion when I was pregnant to learn more about baby carriers. She is such a bubbly and lovely person, very comfortable to be with and to ask questions to. She is very knowledgeable too. She educated us on the different types of carriers and even anatomy, about why it's important to carry baby properly. We brought our Ergo Baby carrier and asked her to teach us how to use it (without prior notice), and she did such a good job! She knew the details of how to use it at the back of her hand. We were so impressed. Also, she evaluated our needs and recommended another suitable carrier for us, which I bought. She tried her best to cram in as much knowledge as possible during our session, including hands on time, definitely value for money! Will recommend her service without a doubt. This is a great service as I didn't want to buy a carrier which has an unsuitable fit for us. I get to try out first before buying. I had a great time chatting and learning how to baby wear after 3 years of not baby wearing. Learnt new tricks and discovered I've been doing some stuff wrong. I like the home service too.

Fion was super friendly and knowledgeable! She came with a huge luggage bag of carriers and explained everything carefully. We chanced upon Fion's Facebook during our search for baby wearing with our newborn. Our first consultation was via zoom during 2020 CB lockdown. Before our session, Fion gathered as much info as she could and sent a bag of carriers for us to try during our online consult. We were able to try and adjust the carriers, and she also taught us how to soothe our newborn. Everything went seamless and we loved our chimperoo. We requested for a home consult this year (yay to physical meeting!) in search for a carrier for both toddler and baby and adjustment of our current carrier. Fion came with a big luggage of different carriers. We tried back carry for our #1 and other models. She was very understanding and answered all our questions even though we didn't commit to buying a new one immediately. They are so kind in addressing my queries. I was on the verge of letting go a product which I did not purchase from them yet they were kind to provide advices that made me change my mind. I was not aware of the available options till they told me so. They are honest, kind, friendly and prompt with replies. Helpful indeed. Before you purchase baby carrier products, they are the best local ones you should visit. They even let you try the products before you purchase them. Or if you do not want to own a product, you can rent for short term from them too. Thumbs up local suppliers!

You know its quite nerve wrecking handling a newborn infant, especially if you are doing it for the first time! Fion gave very good advice to newbies like me and practical tips in not only choosing the right carrier but also on the placing of the baby so that she is relaxed and has a healthy posture. Safety is also a key feature she emphasizes in recommending baby carriers and wearing them. Definitely worth the trip and went home a happy customer!
