★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a stroller in january 2022. They promised to deliver the stroller by march of 2022. Which i and my wife then agreed. Thinking that my baby will be delivered on february 2022. On march 20 still no updates on the stroller. I have to call them and check with them when the stroller is coming, after which then one of the staff WS msged me saying the stroller will be delivered on april instead. Now i have to come to the store and ask for a refund to get my money back. Complete waste of my time. Have to take leave just to get my money back. Took them more then 4 months to deliver a stroller? Seriously? If i were to know that the stroller will be delivered at a later date i wouldnt want to purchase from this store. Anyone comsidering to buy a stroller from this store just to think twice as they will overpromise u on the delivery date.

There are 2 floors for shopping which are level 1 & level 2. Thumb's up for their products and service!! Will come again.

On the listing it stated that it’s the latest version but when I received it, it’s wasn’t.
I told them it’s alright, please refund and I will buy the latest one from them but they refused.
Forcing me to make a trip to their showroom when I stay at woodlands and I have a newborn. Had to forgo the money and buy elsewhere as I simply cannot afford the time.
I bought items from this shop previously and it’s a really disappointing experience this time round.
Sharing this experience and hopefully others don’t have to go through what I go through.
