We spoke to at least three different videographers before eventually settling down with BBM. Even though BBM was definitely not a budget-friendly wedding videographer, the quality of their shoots was impeccable. Each wedding video was carefully conceptualized to fully capture the couple’s experience and personalities. Most importantly, we felt comfortable with the team (Meiyin, Hope, Brandon etc.). The whole filming experience was fun, easy, and full of pleasant surprises! The BBM team worked seamlessly and they were very passionate and enthusiastic in what they do. When we eventually received our pre-wed video, we loved it so much that we watched it three times in a row! Meiyin’s editing skills are also unparalleled. The storyline was done very smoothly, and yet still able to capture our personalities in the most engaging and entertaining way possible. Some of my friends even requested to watch the video again after my wedding. :D As for our AD video, we particularly loved how BBM managed to capture those candid expressions of our family and friends, especially the expressions of our guests when they were watching the pre-wed video. These were moments that we would not have experienced on the day itself if not for the AD video. They also captured some well-wishes from our family, friends and colleagues at the wedding (without our knowledge!), which we found to be very meaningful. The clip was hilarious yet touching at the same time. Given all the content, it must have been an uphill task to edit them into the highlights. Throughout the day, our VGs, Hope and Brandon, displayed a friendly and positive disposition, which have gathered positive comments from our brothers and sisters. All in all, we found BBM to be absolutely value-for-money. Highly recommended!

Love love love the back button media team <3 they're so nice and the engaging them for our big day is the best choice ever! Meiyin and team did a really great job for the express editing, the video was really funny and engaging :) We had a first look, and they suggested to do a short interview before me and my husband meet each other on the big day. Really creative and fun!

We hesitated Big time on if videography was necessary because wedding montage is all about the touching vow exchange during the solemnization (or so we thought...) But, we cannot be any more wrong. The wedding (every part of it) was more than overwhelming and emotional, that being said, we are incredibly glad to have found BBM. These are some of the reasons why BBM was our best bet :) 1. Just being ourselves. No awkward pretentious for-video poses (because we So Bad at it). We love the little moments & details in the video that we may have forgotten or did not pay attention to on the chaotic and overwhelming d-day. Most of the time, we did our thing while Meiyin & Don would have found the best angle and allocated among themselves on the coverage. We had nothing to worry about and looking at them work really spells professionalism. We knew there and then during the wedding that we were well taken care of, even before watching/ receiving our video highlights just a week ago. 2. REAL. We cannot emphasize enough how we love the 'NGs' and conversations included in the video. We are able to relive the d-day every time we watch the video because of Real details like these. BBM does not polish our video like a template, or make it like just another wedding video with predictable contents. The video really reflects what we are as a couple. 3. Fun gatecrash edits - if you are like us, who enjoy the gatecrash part of the wedding montage most. We were first attracted to BBM for their edits on the gatecrash segment - putting enough credit and emphasis, not too brief / long and extremely fun to watch. This is so important because time & effort goes into brainstorming and executing the games. We love oursss, watching the bridal tribe have fun. 4. The Team. As many other couples have mentioned earlier - we had a fantastic beginning to end experience with Mei Yin. She was the first person we met from BBM (that time, still uncertain if we wanted a videographer) but was quickly drawn into while she shared her experiences and more videos they have produced, her chattiness *sry, not sry Mei Yin* and just the ease of being around her (because we really cannot do awkward silences). :) She arrived earlier than agreed upon on the wedding day and got to work immediately setting up her equipment. We met Don only on the actual day and he too was amazing :) Love the many candid shots he took that really made the video an awesome one. 5. Making sure we love our video. We had just received our video highlights a week ago & Meiyin did not just stop there, she wanted us to make sure the subtitles are correct and if there were any revision we needed to the video so they will be able to work on it & send a final one over. I am honestly blown away because it shows how much she cares and how she really wanted us to love it & WE DID. Watched it umpteen times and still enjoying every repeat. I am sure we are not done with how incredible BBM is.. but we hope you will have a great video to look back on like us when the time comes. Signing off with lots of Love, Shawn & Pam

It would not be an overstatement to say that Back Button Media was the best choice we made in our whole wedding planning process. <3 We absolutely loved the creative, casual and fun feel of our pre-wedding video and are eagerly looking forward to our actual day video! We had a wedding lunch and were impressed that the team managed to rush out a wonderful express edit for our morning highlights (not to mention including the all-important subtitles)! We and our guests were tremendously entertained by the 2 videos screened and we received so much positive feedback. Plenty of guests shared that this was the best wedding video they had ever seen. :) Mei Yin, Brandon x 2, Hope, Elizabeth and Hui Zhen (hope I remembered everyone) were there to assist for our pre-wedding video shoot. It was such a delight to shoot with them and we could tell that the team really took some effort to reflect us as a couple. Mei Yin painstakingly took the time to go through the video with us and make all the minor adjustments required. Brandon and Hope were our actual day videographers (with Mei Yin doing all the editing in the background!)! They were great to have around and totally made us feel at ease. Will definitely recommend BBM!! Booked BBM for an interview style pre-wedding video and I loved the video they made. We met up with Mei Yin prior to the shoot itself for a get-to-know session and she immediately made us feel extremely comfortable working with her. It felt like we were chatting with a long-lost friend during the session. During the actual shoot, she had an assistant, Brandon, who took the videos while she directed the questions. We had alot of fun and the deliverable eventually was of such great quality that we didn't even have much comments on it! We had to change our wedding date several times due to Covid-19 measures, but Mei Yin was flexible in assisting us to amend the dates on the videos after her initial deliverable to, and also sharing a video without a date on it so that we can add on the date later after finalisation too. BBM is easy to communicate & correspond with, and definitely value-for-money. My guests really enjoyed the video when we aired it during the wedding. Thank you Mei Yin & team for your help!!

We just got married in Oct 2021 and engaged BBM for our pre-wedding video as we wanted a video that would capture our journey to marriage in a meaningful manner. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and stress-free. The thorough preparation for the video (there was a long interview pre-shoot to understand our story) shoot gave us so much assurance that we were in good hands with a team that cared about reflecting the unique journey of every couple! The actual shoot day with MeiYin and Brandon was super fun, they gave us good directions and helped us ease any anxiety or awkwardness we had! Probably the best testament to their amazing work was the final product! A big thank you to Austin and MeiYin for their work in putting our rambling story together in such a succinct manner! SO MANY of our guests raved about the pre-wedding video, they found it funny and heartfelt all at the same time and was probably one of the most memorable things our guests took away! We are absolutely blown away by the video and so thankful for MeiYin and her team! We would absolutely highly recommend BBM!

Engaging BBM was one of the best decisions we have made. They played a huge part in our wedding journey, having documented both our pre-wedding video and actual day programme. We were introduced to BBM by our good friend who was impressed by the work of BBM. We instantly hit off with Mei yin during our first meet and had no hesitations in having them for both our prewed and actual day video. We had much fun during the pre-wed shooting process as Meiyin and her team made us feel so at ease and it felt more like a friendly chat with friends. We were one of the few unlucky couples who were badly affected by the ever changing regulations as a result of covid and had to postpone our wedding 3 times. Despite the multiple postponements, Meiyin and her team were ever understanding and accommodated with our schedule on top of all the changes. Above all, they stayed positive and spontaneous and this was so precious amidst all the stress we were facing during that time. We truly appreciated their sincerity in celebrating our big day with us, and the skills and passion they have in their craft. We are impressed with the efficiency in BBM in producing and the AD highlights, and how they had their eyes everywhere and captured countless funny moments that we had missed. We were heartened to see our guests smiling and laughing to the moments captured by BBM. A big big thank you to BBM for documenting our special day, and seamlessly putting together the beautiful memories we had of that day. ❤️

Absolutely loved the video done by Mei Yin and team! :) Loved how the video really captured all the genuine, funny and candid moments of us and our guests during the wedding. I think what is unique about them is being able to capture authentic yet heartwarming moments.
