Went into the shop, there's a lady (obviously the boss) and a guy. Guy was friendly, and suggested to try on the bag. Lady was a little tad too anxious in wanting to close sales. Kept asking how do you find the bag, and as I was still considering, the bag was put back and lock on the shelves. For a luxury second hand shop, it's the first time I'm experiencing this. If it's likely for security purpose, then pls do smething similar to other shops. Anyway, I will never ever step in again. To add on, the overall lighting in the shop is not bright enough to see clearly. I bought my chanel from another shop in the end who gave me ample time to try and decide and ask all the necessary questions thought it's more expensive. In retail, service still matters.

We requested to look at bag, she didn't even show us bag. first thing come out of her mouth was this is $XXXX leh! so? I'm the customer, you are trying look down on us thinking that we can't afford? After she commented she still didn't show us the bag. never visiting ever again. This is my 3rd time visiting the store with my girlfriend. all 3 time the experience was very horrible. P.S noted their respond after my feedback. Which they clearly trying to push the blame. It's interesting how they mention all luxury store do not allow beverage. I was offer beverage when I was in luxury store. ? I guess LV, Gucci, AP and Hermes Boutique are not consider luxury store in their context.

When they heard I was going Christmas shopping with my newly purchased bag, they offered to deliver to my place for free instead! Both of them were so friendly and helpful :)
