β β β β β The price is equal to artisan bread but their bread is nearly same as other local breadshop. Sourdough doesnβt taste like sourdough, it tastes like one of those quick yeast baked bread-

β β β β β We bought 6 variants of muffins and my kids like all of them though in varying degree. The texture is balanced and the flavour is blended properly.
I tried the chicken sausage bread, expecting like a Saucijzenbroodjes/Dutch sausage roll but it used a normal manufactured chicken sausage instead of a home made filling.

β β β β β Just tried their 8 flavours snow skin mooncakes w family. it has exquisite flavour fillings like Earl Grey lavender, lychee truffle, yuzu champagne, matcha, blk sesame etc. the skin is nt too thick nor powdery, it's thin but Chewy so one can taste its fillings well. Overall a satisfying mooncake brand of flavours to savour w family.

β β β β β One of the best kaya Buns in Singapore. Might look like a simple bun but there are layers of kaya folded in the bread! Kaya is super fragrant too. Might be slightly pricey but definitely worth every penny.

β β β β β This wonderful Bakery has been serving the Katong area since 2004. Amazing bread, wonderful cakes and other items. My challenge is, I can never walk in and just buy the 1 item I wanted ?. There are too many great options to choose from and I always leave with a bag full of fresh baked items.

β β β β β I am torn because I like the fact that they do not add unnecessary flavours or preservatives to their food. But I have to say the mushroom puffs were really bland and tasteless and the baguette I bought from them today is already somewhat stale. Since they had so many baguettes left I was wondering why they couldn't serve me the freshest one you know?
It makes me sad - their sweet pastries and muffins are decent.

β β β β β Walked pass them today and saw some almond croissants on display. The staff said that it was very nice, and I proceeded to buy 4 pieces (2 for $7.60, so 4 cost a total of $15.20). I brought it home and just had it for afternoon tea. Tasted stale and dry, and it was a complete waste of money. Itβs either that theyβve never had a good almond croissant (go check out the one at Alchemist), or just trying to pull a fast one. Horrible experience, and I wonβt be back. Visit at your own risk.

β β β β β Along east coast road. While dabao katong laksa and waiting for bus, this shop is just infront of the bus stop going towards bedok direction.
Friendly staff. I got 6 muffins as I am a fan of those. So many flavors to choose from!! ????
