Convenient store to grab a quick pastry!

Rude staff. This is not the first time I visit there,but the staff there are so rude especially the fat aunty. She just throw the money on my hand but drop on the table. There's no queue at all. Please fire this kind of staff

Convenient location to pick stuff up. Very attractive looking pastries but I thought they could do with more flavour or sweetness.

I have patron this bakery a few times and this time I bought 15 mini mooncakes as there is a special promotion going on. I am shocked to know that the bakery assistant put all the mooncakes in some small plastic bags instead of putting it in a decent box. Surely there is a cake box they can used to place the mooncakes in the box as I really had bought quite a lot. I am shocked to know they can't even spare just one box? I am willing to pay for the box if it is chargeable. However their customer service really suck that the old auntie (bakery assistant) is impatient to attend to my requests just keep repeating they don't do that for promo stuffs. But you have to see the quantity the customer is buying and listening to customer feedback instead of jumping to conclusion customer is unreasonable. I will not patron this bakery anymore given such bad experience with them! The old woman (bakery assistant) even talked bad about me so loud I can even hear from the taxi stand at mrt. Today you had lost one customer due to your sucky customer service!

Pretty inexpensive range of pastry and reasonably good selection. End of day discount allowing you to pay the same for more stuff. Enjoy!

ISTG very very bad service. LIKE WHY WOULD YOU EVEN EMPLOY THIS KIND OF PEOPLE WHO ARE RUDE!? Went to buy their bread and the way they pack your breads and THROW into the plastic bags and returning the change like I OWE THEM SOMETHING. Worse attitude I've seen. Please reconsider who you are employing, the boss of Bakery Point.

Always like their chicken floss rolls and yam toast. Fantastic. They are underrated. I have multiple times where the cashier trying to cheat me to pay for extra bread. Im lowering the star from 5 for this unethical practices.
