★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some parts of the building have a slight tinge of smoke smell. Upper levels are commercial units. Very quiet on weekends. Lower floors are more vibrant. There is subway, spizza and fish and chip restuarant on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is disappointing that the Facility Management (FM) is not doing anything to repair the air-conditioning., especially on the 2nd level, on the Taekwando school wing.
The air-conditioning is already down for more than 2 weeks , and I pity the kids having classes in the building.... my son is also having Taekwando lessons , and its like a sauna!!! ?
Hope the FM can expedite the repair works...
