This review is long overdue. I can't commend the folks at Bamboos enough for their diligence and professionalism. They updated me on everything while the caretaker was at my place (and when I wasn't around). I'm very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Have been using Bamboos's services for close to 2 months now and I have been very pleased with all the nurses they have sent to take care of my grandmother dressing who is a dementia patient. Special thanks to Nurse Fiona for her patient. VERY easy on the booking, the coordinator has also been very helpful. Would strongly recommend their service to others .

My mom is the primary caregiver for my grandfather and she usually have to skip on family gatherings just to stay home to look after him. When it was my dad's birthday, I decided that she should join us for the dinner gathering. Because it was last minute, it's difficult to get a caregiver. I got to know about Bamboos Professional Nursing Services from the internet and decided to give it a try. While some caregiving providers requires a personal assessment of the patients before committing to providing services, Bamboos Professional can accommodate to last minute requests. The service rendered was also amazing. From the initial admin engagement to the actual caregiver coming to the house and till after he left, the service has been great. I liaised with Lay See and she was very helpful and efficient. Our caregiver was Emdy and he was friendly and caring towards my grandfather. They gave constant updates while we were away. I am very grateful for the services as we could enjoy the dinner with a peace of mind, knowing that my grandfather is in good hands. The costs was also reasonable considering that it was last minute. Initially, I was skeptical about using a relatively unknown service provider in the caregiver industry to care for my elderly aunt who lives alone . After almost two weeks of services from Bamboo, we were pleasantly surprise to find that all the assigned caregivers (5 so far) were very professional and more importantly caring. The Bamboo management was also very professional in providing us with a "one stop service". The service arrangement from contracting, payment and monitoring the caregivers was easy and convenient and at the end of the day, I had a peace of mind that the right caregivers have been assigned to help my elderly aunt.

I’ve been communicating with Bamboo for about three months; we’ve engaged their services for my grandmother who needs a caregiver to come by every other weekend. Bamboo has provided us with both certified and professional nurses, as well as experienced and kind caregivers. They are very warm and thoughtful, often texting to check in as well as follow up after the caregivers have left. The level of efficiency and care was much appreciated. They arrange a caregiver/nurse according to your needs at competitive rates. I’m beyond satisfied by their services. Super highly recommended!
