★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their Fried Chicken Ramen (炸鸡拉面) at $4.00. The cutlet had a crispy exterior and the meat was juicy. The ramen noodles were handmade, thick but springy. The sauce base was using braised mushroom sauce. And it came with a clear soup as well. Overall still a decent handmade Ban Mian stall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their handmade noodle (ramen)!! Since I seldom take meat, so I'd recommend the mushroom noodle especially non-soup version as I personally not prefer having noodle with soup together. Please place the order for rib ramen without rib instead (as shown in the photo of the noodle with sauce but not soup) if you prefer having non-soup noodle without meat like me. I've tried to order the non-soup mushroom noodle one day and there's a staff argued with me that they don't sell as such.
Both mushroom noodle and rib noodle (they could replace the rib with mushroom) cost $4.00 each.
