Avoid at all cost!!! This place is a total scam over priced and will not fix anything in proper. This shop always got police case as they always scam people and cheat your cash especially one vietnam guy will totally ripped you off.

Volatile and overly priced item and services. For instance, fixing a seat on my scooter for $100, and upon work done, asking for additional $20 claiming its difficult. Make sure u get a finalised price.

The prices are too expensive.. wanted to change my bicycle tyre and they charge me for $75 for 1 tyre. Also the staff are very unprofessional..

Prices too expensive. Viet guy can't communicate clearly in simple English and no fixed prices. Always charge exorbitant prices for simple bicycle repairs or parts. Go here only as last resort or urgent repairs and good luck trying to nego price.

As mentioned by others this place is really opened by scammers. The same viet did not do a good job on my brakes and still had the cheek claim that it was due to other faults and quoted a high price to repair those "faults" that he found.

There are two deceive disabled women who can stand up to walk and run using electric PMA mobility to enjoy delivery of grab foods. The only reason they using PMA mobility on no-sharing footpath pavements are to escape from LTA from summon, because they thought LTA gives handicap persons to ride on no-sharing footpath pavements. But it's very wrong and fat-hope!. Only disabled patient with the batch of wheelchair logo attached behind of wheelchair/PMA mobility divice are allowed to ride on no-sharing footpath pavements. Next month onwards, LTA will take strictly actions against those illicit PMA users. One of these two women who came to change both rear's left and right inner tube, but technicians discovered the left wheel's bearing making noises. She was asked to change at $35 but she refused. Subsequently she came to complaint and services without costs. Later almost one month her PMA jammed and unable to move. She came to shop to scold technician very loud. Many customers witnessed the scene. She gave two punches on rear head of technician, also poured hot tea. Technician call up police but she denied to police for any wrong doing in sence. CC camera was captured And was shown to police. Technician dropped the charge against her afterall, he said humam beings came with nothing/go with ashes. Another fighter woman with sharp finger nails awaiting to fight at any time. Both women find troubles around Tampines.

If you are a foreigner better avoid visiting this store. You’ll be over charged clearly. Advice: Avoid this shop at all cost. Unless you are really rushing for time. Prices change if you go back a few days in between. Always tells every customer "change good one", "here no cheap one". There is no price tag on replacement parts, only based on the technician word. A bike chain can be $85 on 1 day and $65 on another day. The local Chinese boss does nothing even though he knows that his technicians are doing these to customers. And he is around nearly the whole time. Technician is unable to diagnose issues with bicycles clearly. As long as there is a problem, it will be a replacement, not a repair. Went in with a chain rubbing causing noises, was told that I needed to change the chain and chain ring. Advice: Avoid going to this shop at all cost. There are 5 other bicycle shops in Tampines. Ebikes, bring to your original supplier unless it's an ebike related issue.
