Worked as an intern at bantu for about 6 months and it’s one of the best experience I have had. I knew the 4 founders - fresh university graduates who came together because they knew they had to do something about the woes of volunteer management. To pursue the path of creating a start up is indeed not at all easy, especially for fresh graduates. I’ve seen how much the team toiled and researched, talked to various groups of people to understand their needs and dedicating pretty much all of their time to come up with a system to make helping others easy. The founders are also very welcoming, very willing to impart knowledge, and share their perspectives. In the span of 6 months, I would say that I had a better perspective on the problems arising in the social landscape. In addition, I picked up many skills and useful tips which the team has willingly and patiently imparted to me. They are always striving to become better and I know how dedicated this team of young founders are! Kudos and you have my support!??
