Extremely unhelpful and rude after the transaction. Avoid at all costs!!!

Trust Banyan Auto? A big NO. Banyan Auto sold me a car on Friday afternoon. It overheated and stalled Saturday afternoon so I organised for servicing immediately on Monday. It didn't last the weekend, less than 50km driven so I asked for full refund of $11,500. They wouldn't give it so I lost $1,500 when they purchased it back for $10,000. I understand it is second hand car and comes with some risk, though expect some honesty when they sell something by informing me of the issue (needed engine overhaul). They said absolutely nothing and said this is doing business, buy back cheaper from you! The same week, I noticed same car (Swift SJS9250S) advertised on sgCarMart and Carousell therefore Banyan Auto can't claim to not know anything about the car's condition. Buyers please be aware of this dodging secondhand Banyan Auto car dealership. Banyan Auto can't be trusted. Save your stress, avoid them at all cost and I have filed a police report to avoid other consumers from being taken advantage of.

Bought a car from them in early Mar 2020. Comments are:- 1. Efficient: I view it over the weekend and completed the transaction on the following Monday 2. Open and transparent: They explained to me what I need to know very clearly 3. Nothing-to-hide: After the deposit, I got the car to my workshop for inspection and it turned out good 4. Professional: They knew what they need to do and once all the needed documents and payments are done...they transferred the name without delay My personal experience is definitely very different from Golf Ball(1 rating). They sold me a good car. Service was good. I would recommend them to others and even buy from them again should they have what I need.
