I am so glad to be out from Banyan hougang center. My child is so much happier in other SC with NO COMPLAINTS from center and not bullied by owner of banyan and the rude kids in there... Parents who met such issue like me, best to make police report. Child health and mental is more important. The way of doing business is just business not the love and care for the kids... all the best to all other kids in there

Many thanks to the teachers and the principal of Banyan Tree School. My son has tried two nursery centers but kept crying. Ever since he joined Banyan Tree for just a week, he then stopped crying and began to enjoy his kindergarten life. I am happy to see the pictures of his eating and sleeping sent by the teacher and now I can go to work without worry about him.

As April HBL is ending, I was just thinking about how to arrange the May holiday for my daughter's learning. My friend recommended this online student care service by Banyan Tree student care center, we are satisfied after the try course. They not only provide English math and Chinese course, also the teachers design interactive games to inspire children's learning interest. It seems they are more willing to learn than usual, and the fees is very reasonable

My son attends PG. The teachers are very patient with the tantrums and handles them well. They have instilled good habits. I get frequent updates about my son from Teacher Gesh. Suggestion: I have noticed the main door kept open for a couple minutes here and there during the morning hours, even while a kid is seated there removing shoes. I find it a bit risky, so I wait there till my son enters is class area.

My son has been going to this center for a few months and very pleased so far with the student care. His teacher helped my son focus on his mother tongue which is his weakest subject and he managed to get full marks for his spelling. Besides that, his teacher also helps him improve holistically, by helping him on his overall interaction with peers and teachers. This center also takes feedback well. Initially the in house bus was scheduled to arrive at the center at 3 pm. We gave feedback to them that it was too late and that the children may be hungry. They adjusted the timing and now my son arrives at 2 pm. Besides that, there was also a case where another kid bullied my son daily for a full week. The teachers did not take sides but proceeded to investigate the incidents carefully by enquiring with the other students as well as the bus driver before handling the case professionally. All in all I am very pleased with the service provided by the center, and if they maintain this level of teaching and care, I would not be changing to another center. My son previously attended another student care and now whenever asked, he refuses to go back as he loves going to Banyan Tree. Their only opportunity for improvement I would say would be more usage of their Diibear app as there are a lot of un utilized functions on it. Five stars all round.

My daughter misses her teachers and classmates very much. Let me share my daughter's great experience in banyan tree in recent months. She joined in May because she will take PSLE this year. Sometimes she cannot complete school homework at home, and her father and I cannot tutor. After comparison, we decided to send her to Banyan Tree student care center. At first my daughter was very resistant to go to student care center, however she liked there once she stepped in. Their environment and decoration is very warm. We tried 3-day per week program firstly. My daughter is very happy since she bee there. She can complete her homework and the teacher carefully tutor her key knowledge points which are very helpful to PSLE, and the more important thing is she become more confident. In addition, she has made many friends there. The teacher often takes them to play activities and learn extracurricular knowledge. She has much more fun there than home. When I informed the school that the deposit would be used up in October, my daughter cannot bear to leave. Now my daughter has finished the PSLE test, which is also her last month in Banyan Tree student care. She misses her teachers and friends very much and believes that these few months will leave her a good memory. In addition, the person in charge is very reasonable. I should give one month's notice to drop out of school, and the deposit will be used as the school fee of the last month. But I forgot that I only told the school in early October, the lady in charge refunded me my overpaid fees of October and let me use the deposit for fee of October. Each time I have question, no matter how late it was, the person in charge always reply, so it is a very reassuring school. I will regularly take my daughter to visit the teachers and her friends there.

The teachers there are kind and well trained you can feel that the teachers at Banyan Tree student care genuinely care for the children instead of "just doing their job". They are patient and provide daily updates and feedbacks on my son which I very much appreciate. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Student care centre and i would like to thanks all teachers for the patience towards my son.

The teachers in Banyan Tree student care are well organized and serve with their hearts. On top of daily school work for my son, they also pay attention to his moral and well being. Their continual feedback and constructive suggestion to my son is quite useful to fill the gaps.
