★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Wanted to print 6 pieces of paper (B&W), ended up only with 2 pieces. Was told "I think you didn't save properly." Disclaimer: I have saved and printed MANY documents for school. Worst thing is I was charged $1 printing service charge. Main point is clearly there was something wrong with the printer already but they just refused to admit the mistake and blamed it on me and they still charged me that service charge despite not completing their service (am definitely not stingy and salty over the 1 buck service charge)
