★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish to take this chance to commend on BatamFast's professional service quality. My partner and I got covid in the week that we had planned to travel to Desaru and bought ferry tickets from Desaru to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. As a result, we had to abort our trip to Desaru. I emailed to Batam Ferry for their kind consideration for refund and they agreed with the admin fee of $10 per ticket. I am grateful for their reply. Therefore I would definitely book BatamFast tickets again. Also highly recommend BatamFast.
