My son has been with one of the nanny (aunty Jenny) from this agent since 2 months old till 2 yrs plus. Nanny and his hubby are really love my son and always give me the best tips on how to take care the dust baby in life. When there’s a period with some conflicts (I would said that’s normal at the beginning when both parties are building up the trust and different ways of raising the baby) , agent will help to step in to realign both expectations and move it forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are really grateful to find this agent. Our working hours start before 7am, and we won’t be able to find any Infant Care centre that opens before 7am. The agent is amazing to find a nanny who can open her doors for us before 7am. Our nanny is super kind, patient and experienced. On days we work really long hours, our nanny is willing to take care of her too. Our girl grows up under her care and they “click” so well. Even when our baby is now at Pre-school, our nanny still offers to help us as and when we need it. We are forever grateful to this nanny. And a big thank you to this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude service staff who have no interest in trying to help. Fees are really high but service is terrible. I don't actually mind the fees that much but the service makes me wonder how the actual sitters are going to be like.
