★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a lot of useful tips/hacks. Love how i can compare salons based on the articles they wrote for salons/spa. The customer service also very helpful and friendly. Love their beauty neighborhood section,i can simply find services near to where i'm at and see their promotion prices and book appointment straight from there, also can help my friends book for them and make it as a suprise for them,love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always got some useful skincare tips from their site. Love the fact that I can straight away purchase the product from them after read. All the product are authentic and sold by official distributor. The rewards point and customer service is also the main reason why I started to shop with them, sometimes I just need to buy 1 product I get to redeem 1 reward, almost like buy 1 get 1 free totally worth it.
Customers service are on point, always attentive and patience ?

I also shopped in their Insider Mall for the first time after coming back to their site a few times 2 weeks ago... The products they carry are legit and were carefully packed. Received the items in good condition / without breakage.
The whole process was smooth + the shipping was fast. Love tthe freebies! Will purchase again!
