I booked our getaway to Bali for my proposal to my then GF! They did everything right even prepared flowers for my proposal. I would use them again any time and recommend them to everybody without reservation.

Very bad experience with Becation Travel Company. No apologies or any compensation upon returned from the horrible trip for 3 days. Booked dream cruise 3D2N package during the 1 for 1 promotion to Port Klang on 6-8 June for 5 adults and 3 kids (my parents, husband and children age 8 yo, 6 yo and 19 months) 2-3 months prior to sailing off date. Sales person had confirmed 2 cabins are connected at deck 11 and 1 cabin at deck 10 about 2-3 weeks before sailing date. Initially had requested to change to same deck but sales person said better not just in case no more connected cabins. We had instructed very clearly about our request during booking (same deck with connected cabins) but after a long wait and this was what I got! So fine, we stick to the booking. During check in and to our HORROR, there wasn’t any connected cabins at deck 11. No choice so husband and myself slept in separate cabins. He was with 6 yo son and 19 month baby while I’m with 8 yo girl at deck 11 and my parents were allocated at deck 10 (distance was so far away)!!! I will never make any bookings through Becation Travel Company again. Irresponsible agency with no sense of integrity! Sales person had zero knowledge on the cabins location and anyhow giving empty promises and advises! After sales service (upon collection of full payment during booking), attitude and services were unacceptable!

A very good personal service with phone calls to discuss a very complex holiday arrangement. The service was excellent! I am reluctant to give the excellent star until I experience the work. The Philippine lady Samantha was very helpful. Though sometimes response was quite slow still her service upheld her work. Kudos to you and all! Will definitely be back!

A great people to deal with. Extensive knowledge of the locations and the ability to change an itinerary to suit changing circumstances. Though cruise tickets have provided later than the date I expected still it surpassed our expectations with their service. We’ll be back! Thanks to Kevin and Samantha for the work!

Booked twice for our family getaway before, I do not post many reviews but I am compelled to do so in case. I need 6 stars. The staff took the time to understand what type of trip we wanted and what amenities to include in the trip that fit our lifestyle. Their initial itinerary was just prefect. We had some incredible trip that will last for a lifetime. I can't thank the travel team enough! the staff kept checking on us as we progressed through the trip, making sure that we got our luggages. On our second booking from them before got an airline issue but had nothing to do with the planning of our trip nor with the company but they did go out of their way to assist even though they had nothing to do with the booking of our flights. We will be using this travel company again and would wholeheartedly recommend them!

A good company and great people to deal with! Way back in 2017 our first deal was we ordered airfare and attraction tickets for our overseas staff who visiting Singapore. Their extensive knowledge of the locations and the ability to change an itinerary to suit changing circumstances. Our first experience of dealing with a specialist travel company and what a difference it has made to our usual DIY travel planning. We'll be back!
