Ordered a Nuloft Natural Latex/Memory Foam Mattress (#000029054) along with a bed frame. The result -- a combination of comfort and minimalist design. First time to use a latex memory foam on a mattress. I am impressed at how comfortable it is. It somehow changed my habit to hit bed early at night (which is good for health too).

Ordered the Belluno L Shaped Sofa on 17 Dec and it was delivered on 22 Dec by 2 very friendly and nice delivery staff. Customer service from Kelly and Nurindah was equally excellent. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely return for my next buy!

Think twice before you make a purchase here. Bedandbasics is very inflexible and only wants to make a profit out of customers. I first saw the Nuloft mattress on the Bedandbasics website & bought it via Shopee because of the 100 nights of trial. When the mattress arrived, it couldn't fit into my custom-made bed frame because the actual dimensions (189x92x24) don't match the product description (190x91x25). I asked for a return and refund but Bedandbasics refused, telling me to sell the mattress on Carousell. How to sell when the product specifications are fake? Since there was supposed to be 100 nights of trial, I did have a short nap to try the bed out. But it gave me back pain so I relayed this to them. They told me that due to hygiene purposes, they could not let me return the mattress. Then how did they allow other customers return the mattress under this trial? They also told that the trial is only for their website. I checked their return/refund policy on their website but it did not explicitly state that Shopee purchases are not eligible. It's also not stated in the Shopee product description that the trial is not applicable for the product. It is misleading because even their Google SEM results stated "Nuloft 100 Nights Sleep Trial - The Best BEDANDBASICS mattress". I was then promised by Shopee that the mattress can be returned last Wednesday, and my family waited at home to hand over the item. But the return was cancelled at the last minute by Bedandbasics. Where's the trust and how is this called responsibility? How can Shopee and Bedandbasics go back on your word without any notice? It's not about adjusting the measurements anymore - this has caused me so much stress and inconvenience, I really just want the mattress out of my house. I do not wish to seem nasty and I believe that this matter can be concluded professionally. The mattress must be refunded in total and shipped out of my house asap.

Bought 2 x Aube Bedframe & 2 x Noluft Memory foam Mattress for my children. Both the Bedframe & Mattress are in excellent quality & extremely comfortable. The 2 delivery & installers are also very polite & friendly. My children love the beds so much. Highly recommended. Thumb up for the good quality of your products & service.

Bought my whole beddings from them, bed frame, mattress, bedsheet. order 000030569 order 000029348 I've gotten cuenca frame, nuloft mattress, nuloft quilt, dreamer bedsheet and tencel bedsheet. bed frame was easy to assemble, very nice color and appealing to the eye due to the simple structure without the headboard mattress was a risky purchase since I do not get to experience it first hand. But I've got to say it is it is not too bad. The mattress itself is slightly harder (as with all memory foam) which is what I've preferred. Been sleeping on it for 2months, and I've had a great nights sleep. The quilt, is fantastic, I love it, its very airy, keeps you warm and snuggly without suffocating. As for beddings, dreamer was soft and comfy, felt like I'm cushioned by cotton candy and of course it doesn't trap heat. Tencel on the other hand which I bought recently, was super silky and cool sleeping on it felt like having a fluffy "tinfoil" as blanket, good for Singapore's weather. side note: Double sized (120x200) bedsheet can be found in Ikea too under the Supersingle section, for those thinking about buying double bed :)

We purchased the Minoru L Shaped Sofa from Bed and Basics and are very pleased with it. Based on the description, this sofa is firm and exactly what we are looking for. Someone reviewed that the backrest for this sofa is too low, and we were worried initially. We tried to calling the customer service to ask about the exact height and it is difficult to reach them (maybe they are WFH in current situation). However, they will return your call or email subsequently, and they provided the exact measurements for us. There are ready stocks for this sofa, and thus delivery is within a few days. Pls note that if you didn't pay for priority delivery slot, they will allocate whichever time/date slot available and you are only allowed to re-arrange 3 times. We were informed by the customer service that once you re-arrange more than 3 times, you will have to re-arrange again. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Bought the new Aqua L Shaped sofa from Bedandbasics. We love it so much but somehow it doesn't feel secure when sitting down because it easily moved apart from the rest, especially when kid jumps onto the sofa ☹️ Anyway I did some DIY... So, to avoid the sofa from moving apart from each other, I just connected them using 'Steel Band' on the sofa legs. After fixing the 'Steel Band' we now feel much secure when sitting around at any sides of the sofa seats, knowing it will no longer move apart. FYI, your delivery guys, Bala and Zhao Lim are very friendly.

I bought the nuloft natural latex memory foam mattress in Queen size when it was out of stock. When shipment arrived, I was informed via email and details on delivery (SMS within 5 working days). I appreciated the timely update process from ordering to delivery. Deliveryman is helpful/ kind (though not obliged) to help me to move the heavy box into my bedroom. The mattress was easy to set up albeit heavy. It was amazing to see it expanded real fast once i cut the plastic. Trial after 2weeks: Mattress is cooling ? (Could be from bedsheet) to sleep on and can hold my weight abt 80kgs, wont compress down. All in all, good personal experience from ordering to delivery to the actual product basing on online reviews.
