Horrible service from Mei Cheng the shop manager!! Been a Bee choo customer since the branch was opened in Bukit Merah. The staffs were all nice and friendly. Eversince Mei Cheng was in charge, I dislike coming to this outlet. She has a very bad attitude and disrespect customers. I will definitely not patronize here anymore!!

The staff is very friendly. But be warned! If you come on a Sunday, expect to add another 30mins to the overall usual treatment time of 75-90mins!!! They are super understaffed! 2 hardworking staff to manage 12 customers in the shop on a Sunday afternoon. Imagine the wait for everyoneโ€ฆ

Came to this branch for the first time and I must say it was a horrible experience. The waiting time was ridiculous. Only went for hair treatment, but after the steaming process, I had to wait for another good 30mins to 40 mins WITH THE PASTE JUST SITTING ON MY HEAD! (Oh well, maybe my scalp can nourish even more or so I comfort myself) When the FINALLY moved me to the washing station, they didn't start immediately. I was left there to wait even more. Why move me to the washing station when no one is ready to wash my hair?! They even asked me to GET BACK UP after I laid down. I don't even know why!! And okay, fine, maybe they're busy... but the service was also poor! After the wash, the stylist didn't even dry my hair fully! She said "Ok, done!" when my hair ends were STILL WET!! I had to finish the job myself!!! Utter dissappointment. Love Bee Choo but definitely won't be back to this branch. Very disappointing experience!

Had a very bad experience at the Bukit Merah branch trying to make an advance appointment. Me and another customer were trying to feedback but the staff was unwilling to accept our feedback to the management and instead kept asking us to contact the management. No customer service whatsoever. During the process, I was accused of abusing your staff by another customer, sitting next to me whom also accused me of making things difficult for your staff when I was trying to voice my unhappiness in the whole booking system. Your staff, Ailing who was attending to the customer agreed with her and I felt very bullied by the two of them. I did not know that feedback was not accepted by your staff at your Bukit Merah branch. My feedback was misinterpreted as holding up everyoneโ€™s time and abused. Booking system is ridiculous. While at the salon, I was not allowed to make an advance appointment. Appointments taking is only allowed on Mon to Fri via hotline and website only. I had an appointment this morning. I was not well and wanted to inform your staff, couldnโ€™t reach anyone but auto recorded msg. Wanted to check if a later slot is available, couldnt reach anyone. Took a bus to the salon as walk-in. The acceptance of my treatment as walk-in was interpreted as a favour by the abusing customer and your staff.

I have experienced an increase in hair fall during the last month. After reading reviews of Bee Choo, I decided to visit the Bukit Merah branch for a scalp treatment. Waiting time was minimal (there were only two ladies in the shop). I was greeted by Meizhen and she did a scalp analysis for me prior to treatment. I was told that my scalp is oily and clogged, hence the irritation and hair fall. Meizhen patiently explained each step prior to application of a product .I am impressed by the friendly and professionalism of the staff - my scalp is much cleaner and there is less hair fall! I will definitely return for future appointments.

Have always enjoyed going to this outlet as they are less crowded. Staff have largely also been friendly and nice. However, on my most recent trip, I felt that I was overcharged for my hair length. My hair has always been charged for the same price for the past few times I visited (over the span of maybe 2 months) and on that last visit, I even just got a haircut where my hair was trimmed considerably shorter. So I was a little confused why the clerk quoted me for the longer hair length. Tried to explain and clarify but the clerk simply said that they follow the chart , shut me down, and did not want to engage me any further. Given that I just got a haircut, did that mean I was 'undercharged' for my previous few visits? I'm not sure. Even when I referred to the chart, I still did not feel that my hair was in that particular bracket which she charged me for, but I accepted it eventually because I did not want to kick up a fuss. Before I left, I tried to confirm my hair length with another staff but she just smiled apologetically and said this was between me and the original staff who served me, so she couldn't help. Overall, while I understood that the chart is there for reference, the way one's hair length was judged felt rather subjective to me. The way they handled my queries also left a bad taste. Given that they are increasing their pricing soon too, I probably will not return again.

For the more than 8yrs years I've been visiting Bee Choo. My last treatment was on 30 April at Bee Choo Jalan Bukit Merah outlet. Was served by the lady boss for the 1st time. Her service was good. When I washed my hair the next day, all my hair was tangled together and it was very dry even though I applied condition after every hair wash. The coverage of the grey hair was not as lasting as before after 1 weeks. I have called their service centre to feedback, staff were not professional that answered my feedback keep telling me I used the wrong shampoo and conditioner. Refused to accept any feedback. I told her all these years I've been doing my treatment with Bee Choo and using my same shampoo and conditioner had no such issue. I find that after their price increased the quality of their products drops. She told me will escalate my feedback to the management but is already more than 1 weeks, yet to receive any follow-up call from them. So disappointed and will not visit or recommend friends for such bad experience.
