No staff stationed at shop, need to contact through Facebook messenger and responder tells me I had to put 1 more coin in to move the claw again and try to make the claw open. If it drop out of the chute then its too bad. Such ridiculous shop. Cheat ppl that it is having promo at half price(2 coins to play becomes 1 coin to play). But the other half price to open the claw even if caught.
