Staff was very nice and kind!! Had blisters on my toes and they attended to it professionally, even initiated genuine conversations. Not my first time here, and yet their service is consistent

Appointment at 11.30am but at 11.35am they still yet to open their salon and busy chatting and enjoying their brunch. Just hope to finish my package soon and I won't renew anymore because the 2 stylist I preferred has already left.

did lash lift and halal polish pedi as there was a promo... lash lift was abit disappointing cus my lashes still looks same lol. and i actually alr have long lashes so i was expecting bit more?? polish was good but when i remove it actually spoilt my nails and when i enquire why they blamed me cus i put it for too long? i left it there for a month i mean cmon ppl after 2 weeks remove meh? they didn’t take responsibility and put it all to me. my nails are still ugly and i did the pedi like on Feb. ugh

Bought a package with Bellus De Charme a while back because I liked their service. However I was not aware of an expiration date before I purchased - called and was told that my package expired in March :(

A very professional and experienced Ms Christy attended to me. She drew a very perfect eye brow shape for me. All the way during the procedure she kept me calm. Explaining and talking so that I won't focus on the pain. There was slight discomfort but I guess its all worthy for such a beautiful artwork of eye brow! I am extremely happy with their services. Pre and post procedures and even afterwards through ig all my concerns were taken care by a very patient admin. Now currently am enjoying my eye brows! Time saved! Waking up to beautiful eye brows. Thank you ladies. ? Talk to the friendly admin and book yours! Definitely its worthwhile.

Went to do my mani padi for the third time since I’m satisfied with the nail technician Ms Miki work and service. But the receptionist should improve her attitude 1)not welcoming as in no greeting which was fine I can let it slide but 2)quite hostile when I forgot to scan entry. Was unnecessary to use that harsh tone . Other nail salon I patronised before provide much warmer friendly environment.

I don't get my nails done much and Bellus De Charme was a great place! Their nail job is fast and priced reasonably. They also cater to halal nail polish which is what I got. The only thing that I'm partly upset about is I could not do a design I wanted, it wasn't a hard design so I expected that they were able to do it but no. Other than that I still like my nails and they are cute:)

Update: My second toe nail have been so badly inflamed from the manicurist cutting my toe nail and has bled. I am currently have issues walking; walking with a limp as it hurts so badly. Absolutely overpriced service! Never returning... Here’s why: 1. Paid a total of $84 for a Classic Gelish Pedicure service. Breakdown was $76 for the classic pedicure service & $8 for the soak off of my previous pedicure which was half a big toe on each foot as mine has outgrew. Most shops would have gave a complimentary soak off of your previous gelish nails. 2. The Menu was misleading as I was charged for 2 services instead of 1. Their menu stated that Classic Pedicure was $38, and Gelish Pedicure from $48 and they claimed that they have given me a discount as the original price was supposed to be $38+$48=$86. The usual rates for a classic gel pedicure service pricing ranges from $40-$60 bucks at Far East . 3. The whole process was indeed annoying as the service staff continuously criticise my feet being too dry and that it was cracking badly and if nothing is being done to it, the condition will worsen. Despite repeatedly saying no thank you, she continued to rattle on and upsell on the following (1)Antiseptic wash, (2)feet spa service, (3)feet mask, (4)lasting/hardening top coat to last me till Chinese New Year.. 4. The staff has cut my second toe nails too deep that it bled... Now it’s swelling and inflamed and it’s been uncomfortable ever since. I do hope that the staff has been more focused and conscientious instead of cos tangly trying to upsell me while shaming me in front of other clients. It has been a terrible experience both financially to my pockets and my friends’ as they have both paid $86 and $100++ for their classic gelish manicure with a little nail art being done. People who are considering to patronise this store, proceed with caution and confirm the price before agreeing to their services.
