Bellus Group did an amazing job for the table top of my kitchen cabinet .The solid surface table top is well-made with great workmanship. Pricing is reasonable . The team is professional , efficient , polite and kept everything clean in my kitchen. Thank You Bellus Group's Team for the Great Job done.

Nice products but very poor workmanship and installation. Problems: 1) Came to my house many rounds because the items did not fit and caused a lot of delay during my renovation process. When the item did not fit, they wanted to stuff cardboard between the gaps. The item was to be installed in the bathroom and cardboard wouldn't be the best material to fill the gaps. They kept insisting in using cardboard, luckily we were there to stop it. 2) Rough handling of my kitchen appliances (hood, hob etc..) and scratched my ID's hand, when my ID was trying to get them to be more careful and not damage the appliances. 3) Dropped their item during installation, which hit and caused a hole in my marble wall. 4) Scratched many of my items during installation and the worker even denied doing it when he was the only one working that day and we were there and saw the mess he made. Overall, very very disappointed with the installation process. They have to train their workers better.

Bellus Group was recommended by our ID LiVinci Interior Design which fit our needs on something durable, reliable and aesthetically pleasant to the eyes. First we choose the design in catalogue before proceeding to their warehouse/showroom to view the actual thing. As shown in the photos, the slabs were brought out in front of us to review (touch and feel), before making the final decision. Afterwhich dimensions were asked and using masking tape to allow us to visualize the actual cut-out. Finally the installation. Detailed, professional and their customer centricity approach to ensuring satisfaction. Kudos to both LiVinci Interior Design and Bellus group for the great work. Do have a look at the photos as well as the finished product in our lovely home.

First time writing a review because I feel the need to. I don’t know what other homeowners’ experience was like but for me, disappointed, frustrated, money wasted, time wasted. Firstly, through my carpenter, Bellus supplied my kitchen quartz countertop. On 14 Jan 2022, carpenter came to install kitchen cabinet and afterwards, informed Bellus to take measurements. On 22 Jan 2022 night, I check in with carpenter the installation date as there was no update but to my surprise, carpenter informed that after checking with Bellus, they had already done installation without informing him (installation date unknown, but based on SP utilities app, usage started on 21 Jan 2022 around 5-6pm). When carpenter sent me the photo Bellus installer took after they had done installation, I noticed that my top-mount sink (with an obvious large flap for top-mount) was mistakenly installed as under-mount sink (which is supposed be have thin flaps unlike the large flap my sink have) by Bellus installer. Bellus installer did not clarify with carpenter before they cut a part of my cabinet to allow the large flap of my top-mount sink to sit in as under-mount sink. Also, Bellus installer forgotten to switch off the toilet light, leaving it on from 21 Jan evening till 23 Jan afternoon which I had to go over to switch it off. Checked on the quartz countertop when I was there and found a chip, informed my carpenter and my carpenter and some days later Bellus people came to patch it up. Went over again to check and realised I had missed out a particular white line inside of the quartz which couldn’t be wiped off, told my carpenter again and was later informed that Bellus offered to replace. After replacement was done, came over to check again and found there was was more than 10 chips on this piece installed. Informed my carpenter to check with Bellus and was later told by my carpenter that Bellus said these chips are not defects/broken pieces but instead are mirror flecks (shiny mirror pieces inside the quartz) that had fallen off. Since I had no knowledge on this, I contacted a few other quartz suppliers and was told that such thing usually doesn’t happen (after cutting, polishing and QC) and it is more likely material quality, workmanship or handling issue. Informed my carpenter to ask Bellus for a replacement. Was in the vicinity around 1 week later, went up to take a look and found that Bellus people had came and took the chipped quartz back. Noticed that my glass hob (Rinnai rb-72g) had been scratched (likely bad handling when they took it off during quartz replacement). The painted walls along the kitchen entrance was also stained with black marks. Kitchen light switches was also stained with black marks. Informed my carpenter about this, and in the meantime Bellus gave another date for quartz installation. Installation done with my presence. Some days after installation, carpenter informed that Bellus offered to compensate 1/3 of the glass hob’s price. 1 star for the speed and efficiency of β€œrectification”. Apart from that, honestly couldn’t think of any more stars to give for this bad experience. Definitely would have switch quartz supplier if I could.
