She makes every challenging dance move so easy and fun to learn. Every class is a new audacious challenge and gives us an insight into how much more we can do and be as Burlesque dancers.

I have a knee injury and was quite scared to start dancing again, however Jamila is really nice and takes into account my injuries when we're dancing. I recently did 2 one on one choreography classes with Jamila in preparation for my Masters audition and she was very thorough. In just 2 hours we prepared an entire 3+ minute choreography that I am very confident in, despite my lack of abilities (and muscles ?). Overall, I would highly recommend Bellydance Extraordinaire to everyone, regardless of experience, age or injuries!! ?

Students are nice and friendly and the studio is bright, clean, well-maintained and they are in a great location. I am impressed by their wall of trophies, photos and charity works! The owner and instructor, Jamila, is a beautiful dancer and an actual world-champion in bellydancing. She’s patient and nice, and really puts in the effort to teach us the basics. Can tell from the large amount of charity work that she’s extremely passionate and kind too. I highly recommend this place! Double thumbs-up!!

And all the students here are so friendly as well. I go for lesson every week and it's something that I look forward to! Definitely recommend checking BE out!

I like that instructor, Jamila explains all the variations of ethnic dancing with fervor, and incorporates mini drills into choreography to help us get the right moves. Expect to sweat a little, groove along and enjoy a lot!

Jamila is very nice and professinonal, keeps motivation going on for all classes. Belly-jellying few times a week has done my posture and abs, flexibility well! Suitable for all levels so long you have a passion to dance!

I can feel my core muscle gets trained (fat burning!!) practicing techniques. Jamila, our Instructor, teaches step by step. Gabriel, studio manager always shares the class video after the lesson, which is super helpful to reflect the lesson. Belly dance techniques are not easy, but it doesn’t matter. Just enjoy music and dance!!
