She was very informative in sharing all the information I needed to know concerning my hearing loss. She was very patient and thoroughly explained the benefits of having an hearing aid. Also did not require any payment nor focerme to purchase anything which is very much appreciated since it takes time as well to decide on when and where to buy the hearing aid. Mama Will certainly recommend this to anyone who is having a hard time deciding as she will certainly help you
T	Tan Yan Soon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant experience at Beltone Hearing Centre. Had a free hearing test as I thought I had some hearing loss. The consultant was super friendly and patiently cleared our doubts even though my hearing did not have any issues and was not pushy for hearing aids. Finding the correct lift lobby was an issue as there was no clear instructions at the visitor carpark. As the building is shared with residential units, only 1 of 3 lobbies can be accessed. The security guard has to grant access to use the lift however the lift access unit is placed some distance away from the guard house, hence most of the time they cannot hear the buzzing. The hearing centre is located at the shops at level 1.
P	Pratheep Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today had a free hearing test at Beltone. Audiometrist Mrs Ivy is very friendly and professional. She conducted the test and explained me in detail. I had hearing problems with one ear, and tested with sample hearing aids. She helped me to test it in silent environment as well as outside and was impressed with her professional dedication. I am seriously thinking about buying this, but as seems a bit costly, will take some time more to have it.

I am glad to have done this test, just to ensure my hearing is normal. Thanks for a good experience and for offering me the option of doing an annual hearing test.

Then, the blue tooth connection has encountered no problems. Both Ivy and Valerie are professional. They provide good advice and quick response to enquiries. I have confidence in Beltone Hearing Centre and I recommended their services to my friends.
