My wife and I engaged Ben Moore for our house painting, and are extremely pleased with our overall experience. Jonathan, our project manager, has a true passion and gift for color coordination. He understood from the get-go that we hated bright colors and, despite knowing that it was a challenge to paint all walls and ceiling of an old resale flat dark colors, did not bother with pushing bright colors in an attempt to shy away from a difficult task. Instead, he recommended suitable finishes, paint type, and worked with our chosen colors in order to achieve a constant flow throughout the place. Ultimately, we rejected all the other companies that only dared to feature boring, bright colors, and went with Jonathan of Ben Moore to finish the final and one of the most important steps of our renovation project. No regrets with our decision as at the end of it all, happy wife happy life. Key painter Thu must also be mentioned - he is a true painting professional and understood the nitty gritty details that we were looking out for. He was especially careful with the protection, painted with tunnel vision, and was still able to coordinate the other painters on site. Was a joy to watch him going at his craft. We had a great experience repainting our office with Ricky and his team. They were professional from start to end, providing us advice and input on colour selection, pricing and timeline. During the process, the painters were respectful, careful and meticulous. We only needed to open the door for them and they made it a hassle-free experience - they shifted furniture around, set up the necessary protective materials and moved everything back for us after the project ended. For the product offered (no VOCs!), the pricing is extremely competitive and definitely worth paying for. We would definitely recommend booking them in advance as their schedules fill up quickly.

For a long time, I've yearned for the depths of colour I now have in my apartment. Silvery green gray in the living, hallway and kitchen, silver blue grays in the bedroom. A shell-pink in the bathroom to cast a warm glow on my reflection in the mirror, and an elegant ballet-shoe pink for my study. It is worth the extra dollars for having the kind of quality, subtle shades, as well as the professional service and customer-followup provided by BM Paints. The painters Spider and Thu were punctual, professional, and finished the job all in one day, despite several hours of prep work and clean up. Thanks to project manager Jonathan who showed a keen eye and depth of knowledge about what's out there in the industry, and also Darryl at the showroom, whose keen eye for colour is enviable. His suggestion of a light tan to go with my pink study was very good, even though I decided to go with a whisper of a pink to satisfy my love of girly colours. Even the white for the ceiling all over is well-chosen, Chantilly Lace, a soft white which is crisp and not too stark. A one stop solution for your home painting needs. Jonathan provided expert recommendations on the colours suited for our home. The painters were efficient and quality of work was flawless. Might be slightly more expensive to engage them for the job but 100% worth it for the quality of paint and peace of mind. Will definitely look for them if we need to paint our home again!

Excellent services by Ricky and team! Job completed in 2 days. My mum is very pleased with their services. Furnitures are well protected, not messy, and the painters did a good clean up job after. They also waited patiently for my mum's helper to sweep and mop the area before moving the furniture back to their original location. Thumbs up! Will definitely engage them for my house in future.

Our painter got OCD I think ? I called him Brother as I forgotten to ask for his name. My colleague recommended Benjamin Moore and we were quite skeptical at first. I contacted Ricky and arranged for a site visit. Ricky explained to us the product, process, and what to expect from their painter. We went to their showroom to pick color, the Customer service also very kind to attend to us and patiently helped us to find matching color (you will be surprised that a simple white color have so many to choose from). It was lunch hour and I told the CS that he could go have his lunch (we already paid 50% for the painting job, we aren't going anywhere already at that time) but he served us until we happily get out from their showroom. We picked 2 dark color to highlight our place, and it's the Aura special color that's not included in our painting package. Ricky promised that will try his best to get the color for us (we only getting the basic Ben package) and Surprised, he gave us free upgrade to the 2 Aura color we choose. Then met the Brother. He painted the 2 dark shades for 2 days as he will checked any spot is uneven. On the last day, he still using a small brush and touch up here and there until he is pleased with his work. Certainly this is a good OCD in action ?? We are very satisfied with the result. Do expect delay from Ricky respond, but once he scheduled your appointment then you know he will turn up. Also the painter. Good job Brother!

Awesome job done. Brilliant color choices and finishes; eggshell/satin/matte finishes. Really amazing customer service. Jonathan co-ordinated the whole painting process really well and the painters that came down did an amazing paint job as well. Give Benjamin Moore Paints a try for home walls. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience from start to end with Benjamin Moore. BM produces their own paint so they have an amazing range of colours and high quality paint you won’t get elsewhere (check out the many reviews on the internet and youtube). The visit to their showroom convinced us to sign up for their premium Aura paint range, which displayed excellent depth and coverage. The consultation with Ricky was enjoyable and helpful in allowing us to share the colour schemes we imagined and shortlisting possible colours from their catalogue. Communications were seamless and efficient and the team of painters were so professional and reliable, they were always on time and completed the works in 2 days. We didn’t do anything with regards to moving furniture, they took care of that and were meticulous in shifting and protecting our furniture and items. In the end, the results are outstanding and our house looks like a new place now. Many thanks to Ricky and the team of amazing painters. We would highly recommend Benjamin Moore if you’re looking to give your house a new lease of life.
