★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just was trying to give my shoes for repair. No receipt, no hello, even did tell me the price after I have asked. Very bad attitude, unprofessional. Prices are more expensive and it looks like the guy is telling you the price out of blue. The worst impression I have had here in Singapore. Never will come back and DO NOT recommend this place.

He handles many luxury brands footwear including my Chanel, Hermes, Jimmy Choo etc. And now even my husband will only go to Benson to fix his shoes. Benson has a small cobbler stall so these directory may not provide updated contact info. You can Whatsapp him at 9626 5258, he is very responsive. Drop your shoes off, PayNow him then pick up your shoes all well looked after within short span of time.
