Bad surgery outcome

very rude assistant who is receiving a call, she's not polite at all.

Many complications, highly do not recommend!

A very arrogant doctor with no feelings of sympathy for her patients. Her arrogance would kill, nevermind her surgeries.

Worst doctor experience ever, lack of empathy and professionalism, without interest in factual results nor follow up, to avoid

Great doctor! Doctor Bertha explained everything clearly with care and concern. Great experience!

Dr Woon is kind, helpful, understanding and patient. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends who needs a regular check up.

Long story cut short - I do not recommend anyone to Dr. Woon based on my experiences. However if you have some spare time to read the long story, please... Did biopsy (2 areas) to check the tumor status, had 2 small stiches. (ok during the part she was doing biopsy, I guess I was pretty strong and did not cry so BW asked if I was from a girls school? WHAT? ><") The next visit was to go through the results and looking through her "messy" notes, there was no intention to remove the stiches (and for me I thought it was the dissolvable thread). After 2 weeks, I checked with another doctor and he confirmed it need to be removed by the surgeon. I have to book another appointment paying $150-$200 (again) just to remove it. There wasn't any acknowledgement about overlooking this part. Also, during the consultation it seems like she wanna provide some peace to the patients and told me she got a doctor friend also diagnosed with BC - referring being doctors doesn't mean you won't get any illnesses. The doctor had 3 kids and I asked how is she now? Her reply? Oh, she died. T.T seriously? is that meant to encourage me or telling me I will leave my kids behind too...... Report Day: The chances of getting BC is high but it is still not 100% confirmed yet. Met BW to go through the results and before she could announce (officially) I am confirmed a cancer patient, she answered a call from her mother (without any apologies). So while answering her mother's questions, she got annoyed and wanna quickly hang up & she replied her, 'Mum! I'm with a cancer patient now! Can I call you back?' My hubby and I was shocked to receive the news in that manner @.@ Fast forward, surgery day - BW working alongside with a famous plastic surgeon and BW gave my hubby a call explaining that there was a small mistake during the operation but no worries! she claimed. The plastic surgeon will be able to take care of it. Imagine the shock my hubby got! In summary, I feel she might be a better lawyer than being a doctor (she told us she used to practice law). And I hope no one goes through what I've been through. GBU!
