Not a very pleasant experience. Hard selling to sign up for packages. Very expensive services, and no proof of purchase is issued if is a one off service.-eg manicure/ facial/ eyebrow shaping.. Not gonna recommend to you all.

First time try eyelashes extension my eye swollen .... please be more professional worker... Train them..not even 24 hours I return back for removing...worst pain...the glue stick on my eyelid skin...

Very bad experience. The short hair lady did my face threading and all she cared was hardselling. I was told face threading is $8 by the front desk staff n after threading they want to collect $10 from me. I told her that was not th pre agreed amount she actually told me the front desk staff will pay for the extra $2 if i wont. Wth??

Poor service - untrained workers from Myanmar, Vietnames or China who do not speak English. The chat loudly to one another and stand around in groups. When customers call for an appointment, they claim they are fully booked when they are not. If you walk in - they are rude and tell you all the staff are 'busy' even though 6-7 are at the back or entrances chatting away.

Service room for improvement. High staff turn over mostly Myanmar or china girls. Noticed staff always busy sitting in a group chatting at work not professional. Price n workmanship average.

Very Good at hard selling. Staff told my friend's mum and me at a different price and is double the price for a small pathetic recovery cream which they mentioned can use only a couple of times. ( $44 and $88 respectively). We schedule for a misty brow embroidery but they keep hard sell the $1000+ type of embroidery to us. Staff told us to keep the blade for the next touch up but when we went back for the touch up session, they said hv to use a new blade which cost $38. Is this considered a black shop? Due to own preference, my friend choose her own colour for the eye brow but after that the staff were commenting behind that the colour she chose is not nice. I thought is up to individual preference and why are the staff so unprofessional? Staff is also brainless as I was sitting under the cabinet and she tried to stack up some items into the cabinet directly above me and end up the item drop and hit my head. This will be the 1st and last time to visit this shop. If I can give zero star, I will not hesitate to.
