If I can make a zero star or a negative 1 review I would because this company is unscrupulous. They will make many empty verbal promises and trouble you by not meeting any of their promises. And worst they have the cheek to tell you to cancel invoices when you have already troubled yourself getting electricians over your place at a date of their convenience! The person I liased with is Patrick. If I can take a photo of their faces to our on this website I would just to ensure none of you have to face the purely unnecessary horrid service I faced today. There is no apologies whatsoever just arguments! I wonder who else got screwed over by this company.. They should never have their business license renewed. It should be revoked. Edit: I have made an official complaint to CASE. And will make further complaints via every official means possible. This is how upset I am with this company. This is no different from that Sim Lim Tower handphone case.

Sale man no good. Call and ask the size down light direct say don’t have. Ask what size you have direct say need come down check. Waste my time.

Totally agree with the reviews, do not buy from this shop. Bought a water heater from them because the prices are attractive but they charge extra $60 plus for installation, to save the trouble I agreed. Later I discovered the lights are blinking so I called them and they just asked me to call the main distributor instead. The main distributor send a man down and he told me they install the wires wrongly. They charged me for installation but was totally unprofessional and irresponsible, be warned.
