プレーンプラタとアッパム/Appamを注文しましたが、どちらも作りたてで、プラタはカリカリしていて、またAppamは外がカリッとして、真ん中はしっとりして、有名店とほぼ同じぐらい水準は高いと思います。
フィッシュカレーソースは辛すぎず、幅広い年齢層に好まれるタイプの優しいカレーでした

I ordered plain plata and appam / Appam, both of which are freshly made, the plata is crispy, the appam is crispy on the outside, moist in the middle, and I think it's about as high as a famous store. ..
The fish curry sauce was not too spicy and was a gentle curry of the type preferred by a wide range of age groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally known as the best prata shop. I spotted this shop due to their stash of flour placed near the store and upon doing some search I found that that’s the best flour for prata. Seeing stash of it at stall, the prata must be good. I had tried and found it better than most of the famous prata shop. Would have been better if they could make it slightly more crispy on the outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good crispy prata from this AMK kopitiam. Fish curry is nice and flavourful and goes well with the prata. Waited almost 20mins as q is constantly forming. Other than Chindamani prata, this is another one I would recommend.
