Staff was very prompt with replies, polite, detailed, patient and helpful.
We ran into a minor problem midway and it was promptly solved with their kind understanding.
Their corporate services was rendered without any issues till the processes were fully completed.

โ โ โ โ โ I have 2 bestar fans. Bought it because it matched the design of my house. Lifespan of fan is strictly 2 years. Exactly after tt, expect it to spoilt part by part. After 2 years, one part spoilt. Spent about 100 dollars to fix it including transport. 5 months later another part spoilt. Company insisted on transport fee again. Every half a year expect your fan to slowly break apart. And by the time u repair everything, you might as well buy a better fan from another company like acorn which hasnโt spoilt for years.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought 4 fans from them recently. The product looks fine. It is troubling to read other reviews regarding the short lifetime, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
The reason for the 2 star review is because I've already paid an installation fee of $60 for each fan (so $240 combined). There was back and forth discussion on whether I'd need wiring done on my property and to prepare about $200 in cash in case I'm quoted on site. Fair enough.
As I wasn't home to supervise their work, my mum did in my stead. They simply used existing wiring from my lights (yes, that would mean those lights don't work anymore), and still had the gall to charge $360 which my mum naively paid no questions asked.
I may like the look and the performance of the fans thus far, but I cannot in good conscious recommend anyone patronise businesses like these.
