I took a maid for my mother from them. My contact person was Kumar. He is a very experienced agent and upfront about the maids he brings in. He is frank and tries his best to tailor his maids to each individual family. He handled my application fast and I am very happy with the maid taken. It was the first time me and my family were hiring a domestic helper and so we didn't know the process and were hesitant about the decision to hire one especially after hearing all the horrid stories about helpers. Our criteria was also difficult because we needed one who in addition to English, could understand and speak simple Mandarin or dialect so she could communicate with our parents. Kumar gave me a few profiles with this criteria. I interviewed 2 and couldn't decide as they were both good. Kumar gave me some advice or opinion. It's been 7 months since we hired our helper through Kumar and we are very happy with her who not only can speak English, simple Mandarin and Hokkien, she is very hard working. She adores my children and takes the initiative to do things that we didn't expect (for example, she knows I generally don't like to eat fish with bones, she took out all the bones for me). She is also a fast learner - she only had to see once and she knows how to cook Chinese dishes including delicious soups. She even teaches my toddler Myanmar language and cycling! She has never taken care of newborn but she's now very good with her. My children loves having her around! All my friends said we are very lucky to have found someone so good on our first hire. I therefore highly recommend Kumar and Bestmaid agency because they listened to my requirements, provided me with suitable profiles and a quality helper. Life saver! :)

Took 2 helpers from Bestmaid since last year. First was good but due fo unforeseen circumstances she has to go back to Myanmar. I quickly told Kumar and Alim and they responded quickly with a few bio data. They know my requirements very well and give me the best match. They will even give me their honest feedback and opinion of each bio data so that I can have better clarity on every helper. My current helper has been with me for more than 1year and I am very happy to make the right choice by trusting their professionalism. We have been looking for a suitable maid for a while and came across a profile of a potential helper through Bestmaid. Kumar responded very quickly. He did a great job on briefing the helper on expectations. We have the helper for a month now and very pleased with her performance. On the contrary, I have a very bad experience with the agency. The agent is also Kumar. I needed a helper urgently to take care of an elderly. I took a transfer helper from the agency having seen the advertisement that this helper has elderlycare experiences. Unfortunately, we have issues with her, in terms of her attitude and playful behaviour. She is rough with the elderly under her charge. In addition, she is rude towards the elderly. We even received complaints from the daycare that she goes with the elderly. We have contacted Kumar several times appealing for a replacement, even considering a fresh helper from the agency. Unfortunately, he does not provide any follow up assistance.

Kumar is an absolute professional and detailed in his work. He addresses the requirements/concerns to the utmost and tries his very best to search for a suitable candidate. More importantly, he was very clear with costs involved, taking his time in explaining any risk involved. He managed expectations very well with giving an accurate time frame during the COVID period. He also assisted in arranging my ex-helper's journey home and all process done were smoothly transacted. He followed up on the current helper's performance and was spot on on his views and opinion. My experience with him was on a completely different scale in comparison with a previous agency I worked with positively, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Hi, I like to share my positive experience with Kumar who assisted in the hiring process of my new transfer helper. Initially there were slow responses on the 1st transfer helper I wanted to interview ( partly due to the fact I had endless office meetings ) and the requirements were not provided adequately. Post that, I had shortlisted 2nd transfer helper for interview and responses were fast by Kumar. He even arranged the interview quickly and pleasantly arranged another potential candidate to maximize my interview time. And I was fated to meet the 1st helper who happened to return due to other issues. He offered sound advices and the paperwork was amazingly fast.
