One of the things I look forward most to at the end of an arduously long day is a session at Bodyfit Farrer Park. The adrenaline pumping and challenging workouts, excellent facilities, great music and wonderful friends ensure a most enjoyable experience. But what makes the real difference is coaches. You can count on them to warmly greet you at the door with the biggest of smiles, check on you during workouts, provide regressions when you’re injured and push you to give your very best. Their professionalism, care and fun guarantee the programme’s vibrancy and effectiveness. They make all the difference, and bring life to the party (I mean workout). They definitely live up to their promise: Indeed DIFFERENT, most certainly BETTER. Thank you BFT Farrer Park for being my daily motivation to keep fit!

Thanks to BFT's membership policy of being able to roam around the different outlets, I had the opportunity to workout at BFT Farrer Park a few times. Each and every one of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, I can also tell that they complement each other really well. I appreciate how they would support and keep a lookout on the members, not to forget their contagious positive energy that made the sessions enjoyable. Even though FP is not my home studio, I would feel very welcomed each visit. I would also like to give a shoutout to Zac, for being so welcoming and overall for the pleasant experience while studio roaming.

The team at BFT FP put their heart and soul into every single client that comes through their doors - from remembering their names to any injury they might have. The workouts are fun, dynamic and challenges you every single day!! The different programmes allow for both progression and regression when you need it - and the trainers are always looking out for you and will be there to spot you when you need it. They challenge, motivate and encourage - which makes working out here a huge ? vibe!!! The community is extremely fun loving and welcomes you with open arms, wherever you might be in your fitness journey. You won’t ever need to be afraid of being judged because we drop our egos at the door once we step in! ☺️ The equipments are sanitized and members take it upon themselves to wipe down after every set, which makes it an extremely safe environment. The restrooms are ? and super comfy & spacious to shower. Who doesn’t love a clean, spacious shower anyways??? I could probably go on about how great BFT FP is + the trainers are - but trust me when I say - it’s truly a vibe, and you’ve gotta come experience it for yourself. Truly - different. Better. Come get fitter and stronger. Ain’t no compromising your health for anything when you’ve got BFT FP there for you - every single step of the way of your journey. ??

I made the choice to join BFT roughly four months ago and never looked back. The trainers are super attentive, and will give you advice on form and posture. The workouts are fun and just the right amount of challenging. thank you BFT, no other place I'd rather be post-work! :)

I am really glad I made the choice to join BFT Farrer Park earlier this year. The studio is nice and clean and I think the team did a fantastic job in ensuring that equipments are sanitized/ members wiped down after each set and safe distancing protocols are adhered to for members to come in to workout comfortably. For me, what makes BFT Farrer Park stand out are the trainers and community. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced in their own ways and I really think they complement each other skills and character well. They take the effort to connect with the members to understand and support our fitness goals be it if you are new to the gym or if you need form/ technique improvement or simply the encouragement to help you reach your limit. The community here is amazing because everyone has been really supportive and easy to interact with regardless of where we are on our fitness journey, . Also a big shout out to the lovely owner Holleigh who is often around in the gym working out with us and spreading her positivity! I will strongly recommend BFT Farrer Park to anyone anytime!

Thank you to BFT Farrer for being so welcoming from the first day I stepped into the studio. Every trainer that I have met there are truly one of the kindest people I have ever met! I love how they always pushes and encourage me to keep going whenever I feel like I can’t. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with any level of fitness experience as this community is amazing and you will never feel out of place. Everyone is genuinely so friendly and when I am having a bad day, I just know going to train at BFT Farrer Park will lighten my mood. Thank you for being my happy place!! :)

I love training at BFT Farrer Park! The coaches are very knowledgeable and attentive. They will always offer advices to my questions with BFT programs, the exercises or health topics in general. If you are skeptical about joining a group training gym, you should have a go at BFT Farrer Park. There are very warm and friendly people here who will make you feel welcomed. The vibes during workout is also amazing, and it makes exercising and training fun! 10/10 would recommend this studio to anyone, even if you’re a beginner!

I’ve been with BFT ever since it opened its doors in the Farrer Park area. Studio is clean, and constantly disinfected during this period. The BFT trainers are especially welcoming and will put their utmost efforts to ensure you are safe and training with the right form! I throughly enjoy the experience each and every day and the encouragement to hit our personal fitness goals! Highly recommended if you’re looking to add fitness into your lifestyle, and change for the better. There are various timings of classes from morning till night. Give it a try and start training with a positive mindset, and at the end of the day, the only limiting factor will be you yourself!
