★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discovered a flat tyre when I tried to leave my car park, BH Auto Services' mobile unit came to the rescue. Eric Cheong, arrived in 30 minutes (which was way faster than I expected), managed to diagnose the issue (punctured tyre), fixed it in 15 minutes, and the tyre was good to go without having to give up my parking space! He also said if the tyre required changing to my spare, he'd come back and assist. This type of service commitment to a long-time customer of BH Auto is what keeps us coming back. But it's also the attitude, personality, and diligence of key personnel, like Mr. Eric Cheong, that represent the public face of BH Auto. Even though it’s quite late .and last minute I decided to do the oil servicing and the boss Eric accommodate to my request even it’s quite late . All in all their services is the best !! N I’m sure to come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediate response when called. Changed Aircon compressor only whereas another workshop needed to change the condenser too. Eric even add a tray at his own initiative to divert condense water away from compressor. Excellent service by Eric and Kelvin!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Mr Eric! I fixed my coolant here as it was damaged and water was spilling from it. The last workshop I went to did not even spot this issue… Super knowledgeable and knows what he is doing and also advised me alot on what will happen if this is not fixed. He even helped me to tidy up and clean up my car. He works really hard!!! Please take care of your health Mr Eric!

The person in charge is very well knowledge, he helped me to settle everything, and explain to me detail by detail what am i facing. Was quite down during the period, but having my service under their workshop care, feel much better. Would definitely find them to take care of my vehicle again.
