★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed at their services. Before i bought this, the salesperson was telling me if there’s any problem in future they do exchange a new one(lifetime warranty). Apparently when i brought it back to Osakaowl due to faulty zippers, Steven Wang (the boss) denied to change but agreed to fix. I’ve informed very clearly the zips that needed to fix, however when i went to collect the bag, i realised they missed out the bottom zip.
So initially Steven said that his staff didn’t inform him about the bottom zip, then he changed his words saying the bottom zip is due to wear and tear and they do not cover. I will never encourage anyone to purchase this brand given that the boss is so irresponsible and unprofessional. Do not believe their lifetime warranty, it’s not true.
