★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very enjoyable selling and buying process by Big Bird Auto! Open and sincere communication which was very much appreciated by me and the wife. Not pushy or shady unlike the common stereotypes of car dealerships. Was served by Kenny mostly but had the chance to meet Dan too on the collection day. They even had a key presentation ceremony which made it very memorable! All in all highly recommended! Lastly I would like to commend Kenny for his prompt responses to all our enquiries and being patient with us. Thank you!
