I’m so disappointed with the kind of extra stuff they are offering like gas top up. 2 months ago they just did a cleaning service and top up the gas, then the guy told us in 2 months time the contract cleaning will expired so we called to do the cleaning today but anyhow the guy just top up again the gas without the knowledge of my husband he just top up and bill us 240. I was just dissatisfied and disappointed wt this kind of service for the sake of earning more. Our aircon is newly installed and change 6 months ago which I’m wondering why they eagerly ask for toping up the gas. Thankfuly I didn’t renew the contract. Its time to find another aircon service. I found this company because our neighbour posted from our condo page but i guess i will not recommend them!

Just had my aircon serviced today by Lim and another chap from Billy Aircon Servicing. First time engaging this company. Either incompetent or trying to pull a fast one. Read on for more details. Upon inspection, they recommended to my wife $280 each for chemical washing for both master bedroom and living room aircon, reason cited as aircon very dirty and compressor was 2800btu. Incorrect fact as my aircon was only 2200btu so first red flag. We opted for just the basic servicing for both aircon at $55 for both. Reasonable price. Issue came when living room aircon started to turn off automatically after the servicing. 2nd red flag. They claimed that the motherboard was faulty due to ingress of water which was lame because my aircon was working perfectly before the servicing so I demanded that they rectify the problem. They then 'diagnosed' the root cause to be faulty electric cables. At this point, I decided to rush home and assist my wife who was having a hard time dealing with them. When I reached home, they were trying out the electric connection with their 'locally made high quality' cable n told me that my current cable was poor China quality and the damage wasn't caused by them. I was quoted $280 for their high quality cable replacement. Unwilling to accept their explanation, I demanded to call their manager which they declined. When their cable worked, I asked to switch back to my lousy China cables and test things again. Just like cheap magic, my living aircon worked perfectly again. Clap clap. Scams have taken different forms nowadays. Other than being cautious of scam calls n phishing emails, pls pick a aircon servicing company you can trust to save yourself time, money and agony.

Signed a package for 4 service intervals for 6 air con units . Their head office has room to improve on customer records. On our 4th service we were told to pay for the services even though we we still currently under the package. Thankfully we had our past receipts as proof of service. As a service provider it would also help customers if they had maintained this records at their end and communicated this to their staff on the ground to avoid leaving a bitter taste. company didn’t fulfil the contractual obligation to check the compressor coolant …. wondering if there is any service recovery plan ?

My aircon units didn't blow out cold air so I googled many companies to do trouble shooting. I picked one who could give me the earliest appointment so I picked Billy Aircon. First day, two technicians came. They didn't troubleshoot but only topped up gas. There was some cold air so they left. At night, I turned on all 3 units. No cold air. Second day, they came again. I had googled all the possible causes of problem. They didn't troubleshoot so I said it might be caused by capacitor or circuit board. They said they didn't have any equipment to check so they left. Third day, since I said the day before it could be due to the capacitor or circuit board, they changed two units of capacitor. They didn't check the circuit board. They seem not to have the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot. They did the basic thing - top up gas. They were not able to troubleshoot. I question their competency. Going back to the aircon, after replacing two capacitors, there has been cold air for two nights (not very cold). I am keeping my fingers crossed. If my aircon breaks down again, what can Billy Aircon do? Charge me again to do what I tell them to do? The two technicians are not competent. Does it mean I have to keep paying them?

I'm not one to write reviews, but I really need to sing the praises of this company. I called them up because my aircon was acting up and smelled bad, and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. They were professional, courteous, and affordable. Highly recommend this service!

Ever since I got this faulty air con unit, it has been nothing but trouble for me. I am so glad that Billy Aircon came to the rescue! They are not only good on what they're doing, but also on making their clients happy.

The only reason for a 3 star review is that they don’t keep track of client’s AC maintenance schedule. You need to keep track yourself and remind them yourself. Imho, that should be their job. And I believe an important part of the job. So hope this review gets their attention. Otherwise the service is good. Nice staff. Decent prices.

I'm really glad for the service provided to us by Billy Aircon. The air con unit at home is now working properly after their thorough servicing and cleaning at very affordable prices. They are not only good on what they're doing, but also on making their clients happy.
