★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve used their service once before. Called them today because we needed their urgent service to unclog our drain. They told us they were busy and we asked if they could come after their schedule. They rejected us, not sure why as they are supposed to be a 24h service. We wanted to speak to management but the person on the line was Super rude, and said that his boss went home already and doesn’t want to talk to us. He insisted on not entertaining us. Told him I’ll look for another company and guy on line said ok. Super bad experience, will not use again.

They knew what they were doing and handled their equipment well.
Drain was cleared in half an hour and has given no problems since.
Two thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bio-Care is amazing! I had a grease blockage that 2 other plumbers could not clear and one of them said, I'll have to call Bio-Care.
They showed up the day I contacted them at exactly the time they said. And because of their expertise they new exactly where the other guys had gone wrong and cleared my drain.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. Will only use them in the future
