New and interesting concept where bubble teas are served by bear hand sticking out of the wall. A wide range of choices and drinks are affordable too! ?

Went there after lunch at Bami Express! The store is located just below Bami Express. The concept of the store is cute, with the hole in the wall. Transaction was done smoothly, and the cashier was very polite as well:) Ordered milk tea with purple rice, and cafe latte. The coffee was really delicious!! Will visit again if in the area again.

Concept is beary cute!! A bear will serve you the drink ? ordered Oolong milk tea and I can taste the oolong ❤️also got a free mask and a cute cup sleeve. Will drop by again if I'm in e area to try out other flavours n pay the cute bear a visit! ?

Pls do support them, I love the concept and the bear hand, I will come back again. No lose out to other milk tea establishment, and they gave a stylist recycle bag when I bought today. If this is the town peak area, I can say it will be a sellout. I keeping the bag for a long long time.

Milk tea at 25% sugar level is not too sweet. The pearls (/boba) are sweeten which is favorable for me vs other nearby brands. The tea although thick does not leave a bitter after-taste which is another +. For those who prefer less thick tea can go for 50% sugar level. Good deal on Shopback prompted a first try (Price has increased from $3.50 to $4). Need to get 2 drinks though for L size. Fuzzie also have the same deal. Other forms of payment are also available beside cash such as Favepay, GrabPay etc. Order via GrabFood for pickup if Grab offers 25%off. Now with self ordering kiosk, but there is staff to assist via the ring bell if unsure. Packing wise, they included serviette with your drinks which is not the usual norm (2 drinks purchase). Well packed. Better straw quality. The turnaround for an order is longer than usual wait time around this area. 3/3 was really slow as ordered 1215pm for 2 large drinks and only got it at 1239pm- am the only customer here. 1st time staff gave wrong order, finding out what is "muddy bear"? Tried the cafe latte, came in a hot cup size, more worth to get the regular L size bbt.

Friendly service and they offers a variety of payment methods! Got oolong milk tea with pearl and passion fruit tea and it exceeded my expectations, pearl was chewy and sweet and the tea was really not bad. prices are affordable too. Would be back to try other drinks :)

Very cute concept for a milk tea shop in a neighbourhood area. Tried the milo machiatto with black glutinous rice with 0% sugar and the sweetness was just right for me. The black glutinous rice went surprisingly well with the drink. The drinks were served in a tote bag which had a very cute design! The only problem was that the waiting time was too long as we waited around 45 minutes alongside another group who also waited pretty long. (Although they did inform us that we had to wait around 30minutes)

Interesting concept and good selection of bubble tea located under the block. Yet to try all of their selections. Order outside and wait for your turn. Then a paw paw will send your bubble tea outside of the hole in the wall. Take it and drink it. Heard they employ the hard of hearing, will love opportunity to interact with them
