You get what you pay for - good results after just one visit! -- PS: Not a paid review. [Removing acne scars] Due to bad diet and stress, I had massive acne breakouts over the first half of 2020. While this was controlled with certain medication (BP and Differin), the entire episode had left multiple and obvious acne scars over both my cheeks. I have never had issues with bad skin and this outbreak affected my morale and self-confidence for months. My first consult with BK was in Aug 2020 where I subsequently did a session of CO2 laser with Dr Amanda. Throughout the treatment, Dr Amanda reassured me and constantly checked on how I was feeling. (For those afraid of pain, I can perhaps describe the experience as little ant bites - you'll get used to it quickly). Immediately post laser, the therapists will apply gel to soothe the treated area. It will feel like your skin is stinging but it'll subside within a few hours. Post-treatment recovery is crucial, as Dr Amanda will advise, so make sure you follow what she says. The CO2 laser marks went away in about a week and the acne scars were significantly lighter! My second session at BK was in Feb 2021 with the brand new pico laser (ask about it!). Again, Dr Amanda suggested a robust treatment and post-treatment recovery plan. She and her team made sure I was well settled and well treated. The pain was slightly more than the CO2 laser, and the marks were on for longer as well, due to a stronger laser setting to get rid of the scars. The end results were well worth it - only two one-hour sessions and everyone around me can see the difference. If you would like to improve your skin, or know about their whole range of services, drop Dr Amanda and her team a message/call. No hard selling or pushy sales tactics from them either - they only recommend what gives you the best results!

The worst aesthetic clinic I have ever been to. My skin problem got worse after the treatment. Really regretting now. Do not focus on increasing sales for your business WITHOUT analysing patient’s skin thoroughly and providing personalized diagnosis.

I went for a few sessions of pico laser and acne scars/ dark marks have improved gradually... many people complimented me on my glowing skin. The procedure is almost painless and there is minimal downtime. Dr Chen has been very kind and patient.

I went for my first botox injection at BK aesthetic. Dr. Chen was incredibly professional and patient in helping calm my worries and to make me understand the process fully. The staff would also personally check in on my skin condition a week after treatment. I came back for a second round for touch ups, and the staff and Dr. Chen were incredibly patient and kind.
