★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time customer of BKW rentals (about one and a half years to date). They are hands down the best in terms of service, reliability and honesty in their rates. They have cars that fit any budget you may have.
As I am mainly a weekend user only (to spend time with my family of 5), I have driven the majority of their cars in the fleet and there have never been any problems: cars are always clean, comfortable and well maintained even for the older cars. They are also innovative in terms of customer service with the latest lock/unlock system via apps.
The staff have become friends over the months and months of service and I have no issues with recommending them to anyone. You will not regret your decision.
