I have been going to Black Tactical for several years now and all the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I had problems with designing my Hazard 4 bag and Xing Long went the extra mile to help me select the correct Molle pouches and attachments for me! thank you so much!!!!

Came back for my annual visit LOL, always good! This time picked up a few tactical items for my motorcycle, and came to $97, not to bad. This time round the store was more organized and sorted, paid my compliments to the manager/owner. Great job guys!

If you enjoy army gears and all that protection stuffs. They have lots of gears to look at. There is issueance of store points and digital reciept upon purchase. Staff won't pester you. Great place and good shop experience.

Needed to buy camping eqm here, wanted solid fuel and Tommy cookers. Very friendly staff advised me that a portable stove might be better suited for my needs. He demonstrated how to use the stove and showed it was in working order before selling it. Worked perfectly during my camping experience. Fantastic store.

The go to place to look for “toys” as it is well stocked with outdoor specialty items. It also has a good inventory of nerf guns accessories to upgrade your nerf gun.

Came here to buy a pair of boots today and got a surprise gift upon checkout - a battery operated soft toy for X’mas. This is a one of a kind store showcasing a variety of tactical gears. I have boycotted Beach road army surplus stores recently due to shrinking selection and poor service. This is now my go to place for tactical supplies. Recommended for the discerning customer.

Came down to the store as it seemed like they carried the full CabinZero range. Replied to my questions promptly via WhatsApp. The staff were all super helpful and nice! Bags were more affordable than most retailers too. Bought my bag on the spot. Will go back to them if I want to get another.

Extremely disgusting customer service for an online purchase, never ever bought from the physical store so I won't comment on that. Product came bubble-wrapped which was a good sign till I actually opened it up. Product EXTREMELY DAMAGED, full of scratches everywhere not just those in the pics. Even the blade that was in the sheath the whole time had lots of scratches and even a dent in it. I contacted the company and had a talk about possible solutions but was offered solutions that required me personally going down to the store. What's the point? I made an online purchase cause its far from where I live but now I have to go down to the store cause they couldn't do a quality check before shipping? After I decided to just take it as I'm just unlucky to have received such a damaged product and decided to take the loss and drop a review instead, they finally gave me an alternative which was getting a courier to collect the item instead of me going down to the actual store which was finally a decent solution. Then I was told that their existing stock for the other color variation (Brown) also looked like this which just confirmed that they do not conduct any form of quality check before shipment. It was a horrible experience buying from them, would not recommend to purchase from them (Online at least, physical store you will be able to check the quality yourself so that's a way to prevent it)
