★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver didn't turn up at appointed area but they still charged card. Never responded to emails or answer phone calls when tried to contact. Charged 4x regular taxi rate and no customer service follow up. Will definitely not use again or recommend to anyone...give them a miss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Blacklane in the past and all went well. However, I booked a car for a flight in Dublin going to Australia. Only a few hours before the flight I received a mail saying the car was cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control. They didn't call, they didn't suggest alternative sources of drivers, they just sent an automated email out which I just happened to see when I checked my email. Really really poor customer service. Just not reliable when you absolutely need a company to rely on to get you to your flight on time.
