Bought a customized made sofa and very very satisfied with it. High quality workmanship.

I absolutely adore Blafink. I first chanced upon them when they were at the old showroom at Paya Lebar whilst furniture hunting and it was love at first sight for many of their items. I spent quite a while admiring their items, and notwithstanding that I didn't get anything at my first visit, Blafink (and Janice, who attended to me at the store) left a lasting impression. When my house was nearing readiness, I went back to Blafink and met Ashley this time round. Ashley was just as welcoming and warm, and it was very enjoyable speaking with her. She gave her honest opinion on which items would suit, and never once did I feel any pressure to buy anything as some shops would make you feel. At Blafink, I feel that they hold themselves to high quality and service standards. I gave some general feedback on my delivered items without expecting anything but more for their FYI, but they were quick to offer to rectify (those feedback were on things which didn't impact use of the items). From a picture I sent, they could also tell that the delivery person didn't install my chairs correctly and offered to promptly fix the issue. If they didn't tell me, I wouldn't have known. Some merchants would probably not care but Janice even came personally to inspect the chairs for herself and to arrange for retrieval. Now, that's service. Purchased 1 set of nesting tables, 2 single seat armchairs, 1 A table, 2 A stools, 2 A coat stands, 1 storage ottoman, 3 Kitty McCall paintings and a Kitty McCall fabric which was woven into 2 cute cushions. Love them all to bits and in all, I would recommend Blafink. Thank you Janice and Ashley for making my visits wonderful. Blafink will always be my first choice for house decoration.

I used Blafink for a custom seat cushion. Fantastic range of fabrics, very well priced and off the charts customer service...really exceptional. Team could not have been more helpful, particularly as it was not a huge order and timing was just before Christmas. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I must write a review here because they truly deserve this 5 stars. I must thank Ramzi and the supplier for their excellent services. Firstly, Ramzi was swift in response, patience and very helpful. Second, thank the supplier for including a cover with no extra charge and also got my cushion done so fast although I was told maybe after CNY. The quality and workmanship was awesome and fit nicely. These days such excellent services are rare. Please continue this good work. You deserve a pat on the shoulder ?

Shop located at 2nd floor. If you are bringing you car they have limited carpark just in front of their shop, just park at 2nd floor near their door entrance. Best to call before coming.

I chanced upon Blafink on Instagram. Visited the showroom at Paya Lebar few weeks back and was served by Eric. Very impressed by the wide selection of fabric and customised furniture. Eric’s service is excellent ?? He gives very good recommendation and advice after hearing what I wanted for my new home. I’m very pleased with the purchase of high quality customised furniture for my new home. Do look for him if you plan to visit Blafink! ?

Dropped by to customise a bedframe with storage and was very happy with the outcome, hence also got them to do a customised sofa too. Gave them some design cues and the end result was very satisfactory. Absolutely loving how both items turned out. Highly recommend Eric as your advisor if you do drop by for a consultation. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Checking out how this company does customised bedframes sofas and chair.... And... Im surprised. Definitely more pricey than many other ready made furniture out there. But u r paying for quality materials. I am impressed by Ramzi's services so far. 1. Solid wood 2. Workmanship 3. Variety of choices 4. Customisation of every single detail
