Good to hone your stretching, balancing, relaxing and releasing tension for both body and soul. Instructor is very caring on individual needs.

She is patient in coaching. She will ensure that her students can follow well with her pace. Small cosy group to learn together.

What inspires me the most is her voluntary donation of class fees to those affected by the pandemic. Will definitely continue to support her!
