★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and promised to diagnose pc issue within 2-3 days. In the end took 1 week and required closed follow up. Dennis kept telling me not to rush him when I was just asking nicely once every 2 days. After 1 week, took another week to find me a hardware replacement and quotation whereby he didnt bother to break down the cost and return back pc unresolved. Wasted 2 weeks. Good thing is that he did not take in any fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a recommended repair shop. Owner is not serious with his commitment. First time I called, he said he'll update me in 1-2 days. Never received any call. The 2nd time I followed up, he said he will call me back as he is having his lunch. Again, never received any call. So I decided to take back my laptop unrepaired after a week.
