★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This block of flats looks different and unusual to the rest of the blocks.It is the only one designed this way among the blocks here. It resemble those old nostalgic flats at Tiong Bahru, but of cause the design has been modernised.The most resembling part is the coil staircase.
