★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 7am, there will be someone doing budha clap exercise for half an hour. The clap is so loud that it can be heard at 12th floor. Birds from the nearby trees will chirp loudly which makes a great alarm clock.
On occasion, someone will groan and cry loudly for a few minutes every morning.
Best part is that the government decides to install the corridor light in front of your corridor window. It is so bright that you don't even need to turn on your room's lighting.
